- Trip Documents: Invitation or conference letter.

- Cover/Personal Introduction Letter.
- Return Flight Itinerary: (Done for you).
- Hotel Confirmation: (Done for you).
- Recent Bank Statements: Salary (6 months).
- Employment Documents: Employment letter, pay slips, leave letter.
- Letter of Introduction from Your Office.
- Marriage Certificate: If married.
- Birth Certificate for Children: If applying together.
- Asset Documents: Such as land, houses, etc.
- Other Support Documents: Proving you have the means to support yourself for the duration of your stay.
For Business Owners/Employees Sponsored by Their Company:
- Corporate Bank Statements: (6 months).
- Company Introduction Letter.
- Introduction Letter from HR.
- Tax Clearance Certificate.
- CAC Documents.
- ID Card.
- Pay Slips: If any.
For Travelers Being Sponsored:
- Sponsor’s Bank Statement: (6 months).
- Letter of Introduction and Sponsorship.
- Utility Bill.
- Other Documents: To prove relationship or support the sponsorship reason.
For Students:
- Proof of Enrollment.
- No Objection Certificate or Letter from School or University.
If Retired:

Visa Application Disclaimer:
i. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Denvik Travels for visa applications and ancillary services. ii. Denvik Travels reserves the right to deny service if the client does not agree to our terms and conditions. iii. The requested documents are inexhaustible and you could be requested to provide extra documents to support your application. iv. The embassy can amend fees/rules/documents required without prior notice. v. All visas will be stamped and issued as per the final approval of the Consulate and not by Denvik Travels. vi. Being approved for a France visa does not guarantee entry to France or the Schengen area; final entry approval is at the discretion of the immigration officer at the point of entry. vii. Embassies can close anytime on emergency without prior notice. viii. Application timeline excludes weekends and holidays. ix. Visa approval is at the discretion of the consulate/embassy. x. We strive to minimize delays, but we do not guarantee specific processing times as they may be subject to changes by immigration authorities or third parties. xi. Any processing times provided by Denvik Travels should be used as a guide only. xii. Denvik Travels is not responsible for costs incurred due to visa process delays or refusals beyond our control. xiii. Payment for services must be settled in full before Denvik Travels provides any service, and we are not responsible for any consequences of non-payment. xiv. Prices may change without prior notice due to exchange rates and immigration cost fluctuations. xv. If you are not a resident in the city of submission, ensure to pay for a courier service to have your documents sent to you wherever you are. xvi. Visa processing timeline after biometrics is 10 working days. xvii. Engagement of Denvik Travels’ services is non-refundable; if you choose to terminate an ongoing service, a 30% administrative fee will be deducted.
