- Valid International Passport (with 6 months validity or more)
- Completed US Visa Online Application Form (Done for you)
- One Passport Photograph (white background – US specification)
- Recent Bank Statement (6 months)
- Flight and Hotel Bookings
- Original Marriage Certificate (if married/traveling together)
- Birth Certificates (of children if applying/traveling with them)
- Recent Utility Bills
- Copies of Previous Visas
- Business Trip Documents: Letter of invitation/confirmation of training/confirmation of conference; and full details for authorized representative from your company and their contact details
- Personal Letter of Introduction
- Employment Introduction Letter from employer confirming employment details (employment start date, salary, role, company contact details)
- Student Documents: Letter from your school, ID, sponsorship letter from parents or sponsor, sponsor’s passport bio-data page
- Business Owners Documents: Corporate account statement (6 months), CAC documents, company introduction letter, tax clearance receipts, bank reference letter (if the sole signatory, it should state so; if not, the reference should state you as one of the signatories)
Note: If sponsored by your company, your company and personal introduction letters should state this.
If Fully Sponsored by a US Resident:
- Letter of Invitation to applicant
- US Passport Bio Data Page
- Employment Documents
- Accommodation Documents
- Bank Statement
- Evidence of Relationship with Applicant (including correspondence/photos)
- Birth Certificate
- Sponsorship Letter detailing the type of support being provided
All documents are needed to aid the visa application process. Withholding any document or information does your application harm and hinders your visa success.
Important Information:
- The requested documents are inexhaustible and you could be requested to provide extra documents to support your application.
- There will be several phone conversations and correspondence between us during this application period.
- All visas will be stamped and issued as per the final approval of the US Consular and not by Denvik Travels.
- Embassies can close anytime on emergency without prior notice.
- Administrative services for visa assistance are non-refundable at any time.
- Consulate/Embassy may change rules/documents required/fees without prior notice.
- Visa submission appointment dates will be scheduled based on current availability on the US portal. An earlier date outside of available options incurs a different fee.

- Pay Your NON-REFUNDABLE Visa Application Fee: NGN 180,000 per applicant (visa fee not included).
- Send Receipt and Asterisked Documents to hello@denviktravels.ng with the email subject “US DOCUMENTS”.
Next Steps:
- Once received, a US application draft form will be sent to you to fill as a guide and for you to provide other necessary information.
